Din mail-ul unui specialist olandez in adictii cu care m-am consultat in demersul meu.: ”This is an ultimate silly and evil plan of the worst MoH in Europe (competing high with the Russian one…). In Olanda we have a law in which no disease is mentioned but behaviour and its consequences are described and levels of penalties. Again, independent from any syndroms or DSM disorders. Everyone, whether or not with a somatic or mental diagnosis is equal for the law. In the Dutch law whether you drive under the influence as a “respected civilian” or a (less) respected addicted.. it makes no difference as a case for the judge (we have famous ministers and artists provided with high penalties and live long ban on driving…) Also a person who takes psychofarmaceutical drugs on prescription (with a yellow or red sticker), is punishable. So the bad and stigma- producing attitude of the MoH to even consider such a measure……how unfair, inhuman and violating human (and patients) rights can a government be”.

    “poate n-o sa creasca!”…. iar daca o sa creasca, nu-i nimic, mai incropesc ei repede un og, un hg ceva, pe genunchi, sa completeze legea – experiment…. oare a cata de genul asta?…pt ca la noi, se stie, trebuie sa moara oameni ca sa se miste ceva…
    Niste incompetenti aroganti, pt care oamenii nu inseamna decat cifre si statistici care “au dreptul sa aiba obligatia”… atata tot.

    Comentariul olandez ma fac,e inca o data, sa imi dau seama ca iobagia e inca prezenta in Romania. Sper sa ma insel.

    UAU!!!! finally somebody understud!!!!Asta se intampla cand nu tii cont si de “fondul” tarii in care se publica legea!!!!Ideea nu e tocmai ea, am mai zis-o si in alta parte!!!!dar…suntem in romania, primele efecte astea vor fi: spaga, coruptie si…..din pacate o bariera in accesarea unui program de tratament!!!!

    PS desi am lucrat ca asistent social…si sper ca inca voi mai putea lucra, am o mare problema in a-mi alege un terapeut!!!!tocmasi pt ca in romania se dau astfel de legi peste noapte!!!!…….mda, si cum se va modifica sau poate s-a modificat deja DSMIV, cine stie ce va mai fi considerat un impediment in a mai exercita vreo profesie….!!!(tendinta actuala in modificarea DSM IV cf unei publicatii,nu stiu dc ii pot spune numele, fiind aceea de a intoduce in DSM IV tot mai multe comportamente….sa zicem daunatoare!

    a, si conform umilei mele observatii empirice, foarte multe persoane dependente, nu conteaza substanta, exercita o ocupatie de..credeati ca spun barman?:))) , nu, ocupatia de sofer: de taxi, de furgonete, de masini de lux, la pompieri, la srietc
